Office hours are 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday with payments accepted 9.30am until 4.30pm. All reservations for Theme Nights and Events must be pre-booked, please contact us by calling 01908 372277. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings via email.
Full booking information
£10 per person deposit confirms your booking. Balance in full 3 weeks prior to show date (6 weeks prior to show date for Christmas party bookings). All monies paid, including deposits, are non-refundable. Payment can be made by credit/debit card via telephone. Cheque’s by post or in person.
All person’s must be over 18 years of age, anyone who appears under this age maybe asked to produce photographic identification.

Please be ready to sit down NO later than 8pm
Monday – Thursdays 7pm – 11.30pm
Friday – Saturday 7pm – 12.30pm
Carriages up until 12am and 1am respectively

Admission (Door & Behaviour)
The Management would like to impress on all it’s clientele that the dress code is Smart Casual. We will NOT allow unsightly clothing or footwear, Strictly NO Training Shoes/Trainers, ripped or torn scruffy looking jeans, (smart jeans are acceptable).
To avoid the embarrassment of refused entry, we ask that you adhere to our Admissions Door and Behaviour policy.
Rights of Management
Management reserve the right to refuse admission. The Management reserve the right to remove any guest or party, without refund, for behaviour, which in the opinion of The Management, is likely to cause damage, injury or nuisance.
We would also ask all our guests, when leaving Wilton Hall or using the outside smoking facility, to consider our neighbours and kindly keep noise
to a minimum.
